Due to weather conditions, traffic congestion, Singapore–Malaysia checkpoint situations, public holidays, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, the driver’s actual arrival time may vary slightly from the scheduled time. In case of delay, our customer service team will notify you in advance.
Each vehicle type has a fixed passenger and luggage capacity. Please ensure that you provide the correct number of passengers and luggage details when booking. If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the stated capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service without refund. If you are unsure, please consult customer service via chat before booking.
During peak periods, vehicle shortages may occur. In such cases, we will arrange a vehicle of similar category or provide a complimentary upgrade to complete the transfer service.
Please carefully check your personal belongings and valuables before getting off the vehicle to avoid unnecessary loss.
According to Singapore traffic regulations, all passengers must fasten their seat belts. Failure to do so may result in a fine of SGD 120–200 per person (to be borne by the passenger).
Please complete your booking before 12:00 PM (GMT+8) one day prior to departure. Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. Our customer service hours are 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM. Please contact us within these hours if you have any questions.
